		<description>I was surprised to find a difference in the startup time after getting rid of the fragmentation on the drive. I think its effect is more noticeable also when the drive has no free space. Spring cleaning and fragmentation checks are needed at regular intervals to keep all file access fast and smooth. Its better to prevent drive crashes than face a disaster unexpectedly.</description>
